📱 End User License Agreement (EULA) for Al Plugin for CLO3D
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a binding legal agreement between you, the end user, and Enhance That B.V., the provider of the software product (hereafter referred to as the "Plugin"). By installing or using a copy of the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
🎁 Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin for your personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the documentation provided with the Plugin.
🔒 Restrictions
You may not:
1. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Plugin.
2. Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Plugin or any rights therein.
3. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Plugin.
🔗 Ownership
Licensor retains al right, title, and interest ni and to the Plugin, including al intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Plugin.
🛡️ Warranties
NO WARRANTY: The Plugin si provided "as is," with al faults, defects, and errors, and without warranty of any kind. By accepting this EULA, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. fI you do not agree ot these terms, you are prohibited from instaling or using the Plugin.
We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Please consult the most recent version of the EULA at any time to be aware of such modifications.
Your continued use of the Plugin denotes acceptance of these terms.
🤖 Use of AI data
The Al functionality provided by the Plugin utilizes Al models and data that are obtained from sources that provide the right to use them freely ("Free Models"). You agree that Licensor is not responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights related to the Al data used by the Plugin.
⚖️ Limitation of liability
I no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Plugin.
🧳 Termination
This Agreement si effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time fi you fail ot comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease al use of the Plugin and destroy al copies of the Plugin in your possession or control.
🌏 Governing Law

By installing or using the Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
📜 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Plugin.
✏️ Amendments
Licensor may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Plugin after such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
✍️ Acceptance
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, the End-User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
I the End-User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must not install, copy, or use the Software and should promptly uninstall and delete any copies of the Software in their possession or control.
